Note all credits and rights of Mai Sakurajima belong to Hajime Kamoshida. This is my own artistic interpretation of this character.

Mai Sakurajima’ is a polite but serious individual. Bothered by the event that happened in her childhood and by her own mother, Mai went off to go find an adventure.

Occasionally attending school, she mostly quests with her party members. She can assess and handle any situation that is thrown at her. Normally she can take a lewd remark but she will retaliate with an action that is a means to show her affection.

Mai can eventually become flustered as well if one keeps going with remarks and if she is interested in the other individual. Even though Mai is a serious individual her anxiety is an issue for her.

Judged by her appearances in performance during her youth; Mai became a model but had a conflict with her mother about having a swimsuit on at a young age.

She continues modeling to this day but mostly gets her gil by questing and helping customers who go visit her at the clubs she works at. Dancing to has been a part of her life and she gets gratification from assisting in any clean or lewd act that her clients may request. She has recently started traveling throughout the world as well and is now picking up random jobs here and there to pass the time for her.

Mai’s moments of vulnerability will show her soft and sweet side. A side that only a select few get to witness. Even though she might come off as a cold individual at first, she gradually opens up and will show her soft and caring side. Currently, Mai is happily married and in an open marriage.
